1. COLOUR DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual product colours may vary slightly due to studio lighting, photography, editing, and individual screen or device settings. Minor colour variations are normal and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

2. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO FOR CLAIMS

For any claim regarding a missing, damaged, incorrect, or defective item, a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is required as supporting evidence, in accordance with our claim policy.

NO UNBOXING VIDEO = CLAIM MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Please follow these instructions when recording your unboxing video:

• Begin recording before opening the parcel, ensuring that the sealed package is clearly visible.
• Show the shipping label and outer packaging clearly.
• Record the entire unboxing process in one continuous video without pausing, stopping, cutting, or editing.
• Clearly show the product, its condition, and all items received inside the package.
• Ensure the video is clear, well-lit, and provides sufficient evidence of the issue being reported.

Please keep your unboxing video safe until you have confirmed that your order is complete and in satisfactory condition. Claims submitted without the required video evidence may not be eligible for review or resolution under our claim policy.
